Key Responsibilities

Your Mission:

  • Lead the Finance & Accounts Department with a focus on compliance, accuracy, inventory management, and financial control.
  • Build and manage project-wise P&L , cash flow forecasts , and strategic fund management structures.
  • Implement strong inventory and asset management systems to ensure real-time project tracking and financial optimization.
  • Spearhead digital transformation initiatives across finance, including ERP and CRM integrations (NetSuite, LeadSquared, Power BI).
  • Drive internal controls, tax planning, regulatory compliance, audit management, and financial risk management.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and Leadership Team, providing insights that drive smarter, faster business decisions.
  • Manage external relationships with banks, auditors, legal advisors, investors , and other key stakeholders.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team aligned with Pantheon’s growth goals.

Who You Are:

  • Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in real estate development , construction , or investment management industries (mandatory).
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling , cost control , budgeting , project accounting , and capital structuring .
  • Experience managing real estate inventory , ERP/CRM system rollouts , and finance digitalization initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high agility, and hands-on problem-solving mindset.
