We are looking for an HR Compliance professional to join our team in Bangalore. This advisory role focuses on employment regulations across the Americas, with contributions to global compliance initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, employment regulations, and internal compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring
• Stay updated on employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements in the Americas and assess their impact on the company.
• Analyze regulatory changes and provide advisory to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Support our HR team for employment regulations related to employee lifecycle management and statutory compliance related aspects.
- Implementation of the latest amendment and notification pertaining to labor and employment law at an organization level
- Enable the ongoing identification of operational and regulatory risk ensuring clear mitigation plans are defined tracked and implemented.
Audits & Risk Assessments
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps.
• Implement corrective actions and best practices to mitigate compliance risks.
• Maintain records and reports on compliance activities, audits, and findings.
