Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and helping drive a positive workplace culture.

Position: HR Operations Specialist

Location: Baner, Pune

Type: Full-Time | On-site (5 days/week) | Night Shift

Experience: 3–8 years

Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum

Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR-related issues and policies
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an HR role is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
