Job Title: HR Specialist – Advertising Industry
Location: Remote
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in the Advertising industry
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Talent Outreach: Identify and attract top talent by leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment strategies.
- Workforce Planning: Understand department needs and proactively build a talent pipeline for key positions in the advertising industry.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, performance management, engagement activities, training, and exit formalities.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, documentation, and employee records are maintained as per company standards.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to create employer branding campaigns to attract top advertising talent.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies to improve workplace culture, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the Advertising industry (agency, digital marketing, media, etc.).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR operations, and employee engagement practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
