About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our recruitment needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative HR responsibilities and hands-on hiring but is not looking for a specialized or high-volume recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (50% of role):

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across manufacturing and e-commerce divisions
  • Write and post job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate with department heads for final interviews and offer rollouts
  • Maintain a candidate database and build a talent pipeline for future needs

Human Resources Administration (50% of role):

  • Maintain employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with company policies
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities for employees
  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and coordinate resolution in line with HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory act requirements (where applicable)
  • Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, warning letters, etc.)
  • Support internal audits and HR policy implementation
  • Maintain documentation for PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or SME setup
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance, factory HR documentation, and employee engagement practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and discreet with sensitive information
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software is a plus
