Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and general HR administration, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

• Conduct employee onboarding, background verification and help organize training & development initiatives.

• Manage employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.) in compliance with policy and legal requirements.

• Prepare reports on MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Address employee queries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

• Foster positive employee relations and work to resolve workplace issues.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

• Maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, employment agreements, and policy documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of proven work experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

• Familiarity with HRMS systems (Zoho) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
