Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dynamic candidates for the role of Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management. The selected candidate will contribute to teaching, research, industry engagement, and academic administration at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality teaching in HRM subjects such as Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, HR Analytics, Compensation Management, Industrial Relations, Training and Development, etc.
– Develop innovative teaching methods and curriculum in line with industry trends.
– Supervise and mentor students for projects, internships, and research dissertations.
– Conduct high-impact research, publish in reputed journals, and contribute to the institute’s research profile.
– Engage with industry for consultancy, guest lectures, student placements, and knowledge exchange.
– Participate in departmental activities, academic committees, and accreditation processes (e.g., NBA, NAAC).
– Contribute to student career development programs and seminars/workshops.
– Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning for the department.
Qualifications:
– Ph.D. in Human Resource Management / Organizational Behavior / Business Administration (HR specialization) or a related field.
– (For Assistant Professor, candidates with UGC-NET qualification and nearing Ph.D. completion may also be considered.)
– First-class Master’s degree (MBA/MHRM/PGDM) from a recognized university/institution.
Experience:
– Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience post-Ph.D., with a proven track record of research and publications.
– Assistant Professor: 1–5 years of academic/industry experience. Ph.D. holders are encouraged to apply.
