Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team onsite in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition, HR operations, and business partnering, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach. This role will be instrumental in building and sustaining a high-performance culture, ensuring HR practices align with business goals, and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for key technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Ensure a strong employer brand presence across hiring platforms and social media.
HR Operations
- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRIS updates, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support payroll inputs, leave and attendance management, and employee data integrity.
- Drive HR process automation and operational efficiency.
Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR matters, including workforce planning, performance management, and team structuring.
- Champion the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to derive insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, with proven expertise in both recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a technology or IT services firm is preferred.
