Job Summary:
A HR Generalist at Zenius is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, resolving day-to-day administrative issues, and ensuring a structured management of company data. They will also manage employee engagement, assign work to office staff, handle onboarding and exit processes, and perform other administration-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Recruitment Cycle: Source, screen, interview, and hire top talent for open positions
- Day-to-Day Administration: Resolve administrative issues, ensure smooth office operations, and maintain accurate records
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee growth, and resolve conflicts or issues as needed
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, track attendance, performance, and other important metrics
- Office Operations: Assign work to office staff, manage workload, and optimize office efficiency
- Onboarding and Exit Process: Welcome new employees, ensure a seamless transition, and manage exit procedures
- Other Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required by the company
Requirements:
- Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical Skills: Experience with ATS & HRMS, preferably Zoho Recruit & Zoho People
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Professionalism: Approachable, professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Tech Savviness: Proficient in using technology to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR domain
