Toolsvilla is hiring for an HR Manager with strong leadership abilities to supervise and communicate with different personnel across the hierarchy of the organization’s human resources department.
Responsibilities include-
Managing the recruitment and selection process and Organizing a comprehensive new employee orientation and engaging new staff onboarding.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs within the human resources departmentEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyHelp organizations achieve better employee relations by nurturing a positive working environment.
Schedule and conduct job evaluations and take action to improve employee’s experience.
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
Experience working in various job portals, screening and shortlisting candidates as per the JD
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Most importantly, these responsibilities extend beyond administrative tasks.
Experience- HR: 2 years+ (Preferred)
Location: Durgapur, West Bengal (Required)
