Position Summary:
● Role: Online Instructor
● Location: Remote (Online)
● Employment Type: Contract
● Duration: 3-Month (19th May to 20th Aug 2025) – Potential longer term engagement
based on candidate performance
● Availability Window: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM IST
● Compensation: ~INR 1.5 lakhs per month (INR 4-4.5 Lakhs for the entire duration)
Role Description:
The Online Instructor will lead an interactive, hands-on IT Project Management Boot Camp.
They are expected to engage students for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. This engagement
window will include:
● Delivering engaging live sessions based on a pre-designed curriculum (See Appendix for
a detailed list of topics). Live sessions are expected to be ~2 hours per day.
● Actively engaging with students, answering questions, and providing assistance with
exercises, projects, and assignments.
● Conducting open office hours to resolve student queries
● Integrating interactive elements such as quizzes, demonstrations, practice exercises,
and presentations during the sessions
● Mentoring and guiding students throughout the program, offering academic and career
support.
● Encouraging collaboration and critical thinking by guiding students through challenges
and fostering a growth mindset.
● Managing check-ins, take attendance, and maintain accurate student records.
● Providing constructive feedback on student progress and performance.
● Facilitating hands-on exercises and real-world projects to reinforce learning.
● Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the project management
field.
● Offer ongoing student support via email.
NOTE – The instructor is expected to provide the above support within the 4-hour window on a
daily basis.
Who are we looking for?
Educational Background:
a. Preferably a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer
Science, Information Technology / Systems from Tier-1 institutions (e.g., IITs,
NITs, BITS) or other renowned universities.
b. Professional certifications in relevant domains obtained in the last 3–5 years, like
Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and other
Agile-related certifications.
c. Experience working with web technologies and UX / UI
d. Working knowledge of Notion and Confluence is mandatory
Professional Experience
The candidate must have at least 5 years of combined experience in both corporate and
academic/teaching roles –
● Industry Experience –
○ Must have industry experience in IT Project Management or a related
domain, preferably in leading technology MNCs such as Genpact, IBM,
Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, Amazon, etc.
○ Should have held roles such as Technical Project / Program Manager,
Scrum Master, Engineering Manager, etc.
○ Should have demonstrated working knowledge of Scrum, Lean, and
Kanban
○ Good to have experience working with global teams based in the
Americas or EMEA regions
● Teaching / Training Experience –
○ Conducting workshops, corporate training, and boot camps in IT Project
Management or related fields.
○ Experience in teaching or mentoring working professionals with leading
organizations such as Emeritus, Up Grad, etc., or at prestigious
institutions is an advantage.
