About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Figma Designer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating user-centric interfaces, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Key Responsibilities:
· Translate product requirements and wireframes into functional and visually appealing UI designs in Figma.
· Create interactive prototypes and design components/libraries for web and mobile platforms.
· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver intuitive and scalable designs.
· Follow and help evolve design systems and UI guidelines.
· Ensure design consistency and usability across all user experiences.
· Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback constructively.
· Deliver assets and specs efficiently to development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX or Product Designer with a strong focus on Figma.
· Solid portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design skills, and attention to detail.
· Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern UI trends.
· Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
· Good communication skills and team collaboration.
Nice to Have:
· Experience in working with startups or agile product teams.
· Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML/CSS basics) for better handoff understanding.
· Knowledge of design systems like Material Design or Apple HIG.
