Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership & Strategy : – Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and engineers, fostering a data-driven culture within iSOCRATES. – Drive the BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). – Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and automation. – Own end-to-end BI project delivery, ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and innovation. Data Management & Insights : – Oversee data collection, storage, integration, and governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security. – Work closely with the DevOps/IT/Data Engineering/AI team to manage data warehouse architecture, ETL pipelines, and API/non-API integrations. – Ensure smooth implementation of data visualization and reporting solutions for both internal and client projects. – Conduct data profiling and quality checks to detect anomalies and improve data reliability. Technical Leadership & Innovation : – Design and implement scalable BI solutions, optimizing existing tools and processes. – Leverage expertise in SQL, Python, Data Warehousing, ETL, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) to enhance BI infrastructure. – Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, Superset or Excel. – Drive automation in reporting, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. – Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis and visualization capabilities. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication : – Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to define BI requirements. – Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring data aligns with strategic goals. – Provide thought leadership on data trends and best practices, advocating for data-driven decision-making. – Present insights and recommendations to senior executives to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications : – 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics. – 3 years of experience in team leadership and project management within BI. – Strong expertise in SQL, Python, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing. – Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, Superset, Excel, etc.). – Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS) and understanding of data modeling. – Experience handling large-scale data and implementing automation in reporting. – Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. – Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications : – Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Analytics. – Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Marketing Analytics. – Exposure to AI/ML-driven BI solutions.
