Job Description : Were hiring for the role of Manager, eGRC Developer for a leading Global Capability Center (GCC). This is a remote opportunity with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST . Were looking for candidates with 2 years of experience in SAS and GRC platforms, and hands-on exposure to SAI 360 BWise – One UI Platform , along with at least 1 year of experience in Vue.js . The ideal candidate should have worked as a Functional Administrator and have a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance. Role Overview : As a Manager, eGRC Developer, you will be responsible for configuration, support, and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Governance and Compliance platform (SAI 360/BWise). This role is part of an Agile team where youll work closely with business and IT teams to deliver risk management solutions, support multiple GRC functions, and contribute across the Agile lifecycle. Key Responsibilities : – Analyze, configure, and test GRC solutions supporting multiple risk and compliance teams – Configure modules like Issue Management, Process Framework, Risk and Compliance Assessments, Loss Events, etc. – Review user stories and ensure proper documentation and test evidence – Provide functional support to first and second line teams – Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for feature development – Maintain and update technical documentation in line with Agile methodology Required Qualifications : – Bachelor’s degree with 24 years of relevant experience in GRC solution development and design; in lieu of degree, 46 years of experience – 1 years of experience working with SAI 360 BWise One UI Platform – 2 years of experience with SQL and GRC – 1 year experience with Vue.js – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Proven problem-solving and team collaboration abilities Good to Have : – Hands-on experience with other GRC applications – Agile methodology knowledge – Exposure to GraphQL, One Assessment, and One UI Salary Range : 1718 LPA Location : Remote Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
