Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualisation dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
- Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimisation purposes.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
- Managing the RM & AFEW websites on Shopify and Find platforms including all the product uploads and layout changes.
- Production Management for various short-term projects led by either of the brands including (but not limited to) events, photoshoots, collection showcases and presentations etc.
- Coordinating between the vendor/talent/agency/other and the brand’s legal, finance, design, communications, merchandising and retail departments.
- Constant communication with the vendors to formulate and facilitate contractual agreements, invoices as per the respective schedules etc.
- Social Media Strategy for both the brands
- Campaign dissemination on social media platforms
- Tracking all relevant Media and Product Placement moments for incorporating in the social media plan
- Writing copy for captions for both the brands for all relevant social media platforms
- Copy writing for the website in line with the ongoing communication.
- Writing/Assisting concept notes for collection launches, press releases, event communication and other PR related activities.
- Managing and Creating Catalogue for AFEW & RM collections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Master in Marketing
- 6+ years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
