Role Description:

Nidek Medical India is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (Critical Care Devices) for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with opportunities for remote work. The Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing effective sales strategies to expand the company's footprint in the critical care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

– Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors.

– Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion for critical care devices.

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.

– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

– Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

– Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building.

– Prior experience in the medical device industry, specifically critical care devices.

– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.

– Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and industry standards.

– Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– MBA is a plus.

– Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
