Oracle HCM Specialist – HR Module

Job Description

Responsibilities : – Participate in the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules, focusing on Core HR functionalities. – Apply a strong understanding of Core HR Fundamentals in solution design and configuration. – Design and configure the Oracle HCM data model to meet client-specific requirements. – Configure and manage various workforce structures within the Oracle HCM system. – Utilize your functional experience in Oracle HCM to provide effective and efficient solutions. – Work extensively with data migration and management tools such as HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HDSL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader) for data loading, updates, and maintenance. – Collaborate effectively with technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. – Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements related to Oracle HCM. – Support testing activities, including the creation of test scenarios and execution of test cases. – Provide timely and effective resolution of issues identified during testing and implementation. – Contribute to the creation of functional documentation, including configuration guides and user Skills : – Strong understanding of HR Fundamentals and their application within an HR system. – Proven experience in data model and configuration within Oracle HCM. – Solid knowledge of workforce structures and their setup in Oracle HCM. – Demonstrated Functional Experience in Oracle HCM implementations or support. – Hands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) for bulk data operations. – Hands-on experience with HDSL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader) for user-friendly data : – Any Bachelor’s Degree. – 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, preferably with a focus on Core HR. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work effectively in a team environment. – Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru (Bellandur) for 4 days a week. – Must be available for a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview in Bellandur, Bengaluru. – Ability to join immediately or within a notice period of 15 days.
