Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Performance Management Specialist
to join our HR team at Zyeta. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing performance management frameworks that align individual goals with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supporting employee development, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Performance Management Framework:
Design and execute a robust performance management system, ensuring alignment with company objectives and employee career paths.
Develop, refine, and manage performance appraisal cycles, emphasizing fairness, transparency, and actionable feedback.
KPI Development and Alignment:
Partner with leadership and managers to establish clear and measurable KPIs across roles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Regularly review and update KPIs to reflect evolving business priorities and market trends.
Train managers and employees on the effective use of KPIs to measure performance.
Goal Setting and Performance Monitoring:
Facilitate annual and periodic goal-setting sessions to align individual, team, and organizational objectives.
Implement tools and dashboards to monitor performance against set goals and KPIs.
Performance Evaluation and Feedback:
Coordinate mid-year and annual performance evaluations, ensuring a structured approach to appraisal discussions.
Provide managers with guidance on delivering constructive feedback and developing tailored Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze performance management data to track trends, identify gaps, and propose actionable insights.
Develop and share regular reports with leadership on employee performance, KPI achievements, and improvement areas.
Employee Development and Engagement:
Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design programs addressing skill gaps and fostering professional growth.
Recognize high performers and propose initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on best practices and innovations in performance management, KPI building, and employee engagement.
Propose and implement enhancements to existing systems to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
What we expect:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in performance management or a similar HR role, with proven expertise in KPI development.
Strong knowledge of performance appraisal tools, KPI frameworks, and data analytics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS and performance tracking software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience in the design and build industry or corporate environments.
Familiarity with modern workplace trends, such as flexibility, collaboration, and wellness.
