Job Title : PHP Senior Software Developer. Location : Lucknow. Employment Type : Full-Time. About the Role : We are looking for two highly skilled Senior Software Developers with 8 years of experience, including at least 1 year as a Team Lead, to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have extensive experience with PHP and its frameworks (Laravel preferred) and a strong understanding of MySQL database design and optimization. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, overseeing project development, and managing direct communication with clients. Key Responsibilities : – Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. – Architect, develop, and maintain scalable PHP-based applications. – Optimize MySQL queries and database structures for performance and scalability. – Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing. – Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met. – Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, frontend developers, and DevOps. – Implement and maintain security best practices in web applications. Required Skills & Qualifications : – 8 years of professional software development experience. – 1 year experience as a Team Lead, managing developers and client communications. – Strong expertise in PHP and PHP frameworks (Laravel & CodeIgniter, etc.) – Proficiency in MySQL, including database design, indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures. – Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture. – Strong understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles. – Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab). – Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue js, React) is a plus.
