Manager – Human Resource

Job Overview:

– We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

– The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an in-depth knowledge of HR functions, and the ability to create and implement strategies that foster a positive work culture.

– You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

– Oversee the full recruitment process from job requisition to hiring, ensuring timely and effective staffing.

– Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

– Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to make final decisions.

– Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation, training, and cultural integration.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

– Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.

– Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.

– Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

– Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes inclusivity, collaboration, and open communication.

Performance Management & Development:

– Lead the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback.

– Work with managers to identify training and development needs and create personalized development plans for employees.

– Implement and monitor employee development programs, career pathing, and succession planning.

Compliance & HR Policies:

– Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

– Review and update company policies and procedures to reflect legal requirements and best practices.

– Advise leadership on compliance-related issues and ensure the organization meets all HR-related legal and ethical standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

– Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the market and equity within the organization.

– Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, etc.

– Ensure payroll is accurate and processed in a timely manner, working closely with the finance department
