Principal Consultant – Project Management Office
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8-15 years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The Financial Analyst will support the Delivery leaders by providing financial insights, analysis, and reporting to ensure the successful execution of projects within budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
· Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the development of Accruals and actuals, forecasts,. Monitor project financial performance and provide variance analysis.
· Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including project cost tracking, budget vs. actual analysis, and financial status updates to stakeholders.
· Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities within projects. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
· Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information is shared.
· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive financial documentation for all projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
· Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
· Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within a PMO or project-based environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience with project management software and tools.
· Knowledge of project management methodologies.
