We are building an AI-first research and analytics platform tailored for hedge fund analysts, traders, and portfolio managers. What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of product design across the entire platform
  • Define and own design systems, frameworks, and workflows from the ground up
  • Drive the UX for core modules like AI search, summarised insights, collaborative threads, and real-time dashboards
  • Collaborate directly with the founding team, product managers, and engineers to build and launch high-impact features
  • Translate research and business goals into intuitive, high-fidelity designs
  • Create and test interactive prototypes to validate ideas and iterate quickly
  • Hire, mentor, and guide future design team members as we grow
  • Champion design culture and usability thinking across the company

What We Are Looking For

  • 7 to 10 years of experience designing digital products, with at least 2 years in a lead or principal IC role
  • Experience shipping 0 to 1 products in fast-paced environments
  • Deep systems thinking combined with strong hands-on visual and interaction design craft
  • Strong grasp of AI-first product flows including natural language interfaces and summarisation patterns
  • Mastery of tools like Figma and ability to prototype using Framer, Principle or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence product strategy through design thinking
  • Preferably from a Tier 1 design institute such as IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, or NID. We are also open to candidates from other backgrounds who demonstrate a high level of design maturity, clarity of thought, and execution depth
  • Bonus if you have experience in fintech, trading, or analytics platforms
  • Bonus if you are an immediate joiner
