Role : Product Manager Description : – This role plays an archer role in country rollout. – This role will be connection between subsidiary, HQ and different orgs within Samsung ecommerce. – KPI for Product managers working on this program is to deliver platform with agreed features and timelines with HQ and Subsidiary. – Requires Travel Outside of India Roles and Responsibilities : – Requires working with the Subsidiary to understand new feature requests – Prioritise feature requests for Subsidiary – Document Product Requirements for Hybris SAP Commerce – Liaise with Hybris SAP Commerce Team to Delivery Feature – Own Feature Build out on Hybris SAP Commerce Platform – Coordinate Feature Build out between Subsidiary, GMC, HQ, AI and Partners High level Responsibilities : – Requirement Elicitation and Analysis – Document requirements in the form of User stories/confluence – Understand platform capabilities and business implications and negotiate with stakeholders (tech team/feature PM Or Subsidiary business) for any delta work expected for a country – Customer journey of visualizing different feature options on pre-purchase pages, cart, checkout pages, – Program management to launch country – Facilitate tech team / feature PM/ Delivery manager for any clarification from business team. – Manage scope – Define and Manage country roadmap after rollout Deliverables Expected : – Clearly documented requirements for delta work in the form of User stories or confluence (After negotiating subsidiaries for reusing platform features) – Project plan for country rollout and tracking progress – Weekly business report Job Description : – Own feature and/or product – Manage the long-term roadmap, involving stakeholders – Document & maintain roadmap and rollout plan in confluence – Documents the new feature for implementations and release notes. – Integrate KPI monitoring into overall business health. – Prepare Roadmap of Features by working with Subsidiary – Assess Feature Requirements, ROI and Business Benefit – Assess Validity of Request with Subsidiary – Create Detailed Business and Functional Requirements – Create Technical Requirements and Interface Specs for Partner Integration – Develop & align project deliverables for milestone into a project plan – Project updates to key stakeholders. – Elaborate problem epics into user stories. Write acceptance criteria. – Prioritize the roadmap/backlog with agile feature and/or product teams – Lead requirements gathering effort on the epics consulting stakeholders. – Lead backlog grooming to decompose and estimate stories. – Document story details based on the epics after reviewing with development. – Attend scrum meetings including stand ups, retrospectives, and demos. – Answer questions from developers and clarifies requirements. – Dev and QA Requirements Review and Support – Co-ordination with Partners – Get Product Sign Off from all Project Stakeholders – Coordinate Launch Activities Internally Across all Teams – Support QA, Dev and Partner Testing – Coordinate Launch Activities Internally and Externally – Support Post Delivery Issues – Manage Change Requests for Feature – Provide both Sales and Service support by providing training, collaterals, presentations and addressing red-account tech support issues. Skill Required : – Deep Understanding of Product and Technology – Negotiation and Communication Skills – Resources Management – Techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects – Monitoring Tools, Kibana and SQL Added Advantage : – PMP Certification – Scrum Master Certification – Prior Experience in handling Project and Product Support Activities (ref:hirist.tech)
