Job summary:
We are looking for people who can prepare our educators to be the best version of themselves.
Key areas you will be responsible for/job description:
- Work with the Professional Development team to identify faculty development needs & design, facilitate and evaluate faculty development programs
- Equip teachers to create learning opportunities that are aligned with Inventure’s definition of learning
- Conduct Trainee Teacher & New Faculty Induction Programs
- Enhance the delivery of teaching & learning in the classroom through class observations and feedback.
Competencies and job qualifications required:
Education :
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- B.Ed or any valid Teaching Certification preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5 – 10 years of work experience in Training and Development or Leading/Heading a subject or discipline
- Design, facilitate, organise and evaluate Faculty, Professional Development & Leadership Development programs(Culture, Pedagogy, and Pastoral)
- Awareness & interest in the new age pedagogy and educational research
Competencies :

Assess professional development needs of the team based on the school’s goals and objectives.
2. Program Design :
Design and develop effective professional development programs that align with identified needs, including a variety of learning opportunities, such as workshops, coaching, online & offline learning
3. Facilitation Skills :
Facilitate professional development sessions, and to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes active participation and reflection
4. Communication Skills :
Communicate effectively with team and leadership, both verbally and in writing and to provide constructive feedback and support
5. Data Analysis :
Data to evaluate the effectiveness of professional development programs and to make data-driven decisions about program design and implementation
6. Technology Integration :
Integrate technology into professional development programs, and to use technology to enhance learning and collaboration.
7. Collaboration and Networking :
Collaborate with other professionals in the field and to build and maintain professional networks that support ongoing learning and growth
8. Reflective Practice :
Engage in reflective practice, and to use reflection as a tool for ongoing learning and professional growth.
9. Evaluation and Assessment :
Evaluate the effectiveness of professional development programs, and to use assessment tools to measure the impact of the programs on teacher practice and student learning
