Key Responsibilities Program Leadership : – Lead multiple concurrent projects, applying industry best practices to manage scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and resources Collaboration : – Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, integrating related programs such as HRIS and Legal ReOrg initiatives. Project Oversight & Control : – Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs, on-time execution, and budget compliance. – Provide oversight and quality assurance throughout roll-outs and manage inter-project dependencies. Risk & Contingency Management : – Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve risks and issues, ensuring alignment with OCS Groups Dynamics 365 standards. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement : – Act as the primary liaison for program sponsors, delivering strategic updates to executive leadership and fostering strong relationships at senior levels. Partner & Vendor Management : – Manage implementation partners, negotiate scope changes, and drive adherence to best-practice methodologies. Financial & Value Realization : – Oversee project budgets and financial tracking, ensuring value delivery and alignment with business objectives. Travel Requirement : – Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the APAC regionincluding India, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singaporeto work on-site with local delivery teams and regional leadership. Qualifications & Experience : – Experience : 15 years as a Program Manager, with a history of leading complex, multi-national initiatives. – Certifications (Essential) : Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma – Preferred Certifications : PMP, CPM, MPM – Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is critical. – Finance & Operations Transformation : Proven success in driving finance integration and business transformation projects. – Change Management : Experience in leading organizational change initiatives is highly desirable.
