Program Manager – WSO2

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Test Manager with expertise in WSO2 project and delivery management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile methodologies, and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities : – Oversee WSO2 project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets. – Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). – Ensure proper resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. – Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to maintain smooth workflow and project execution. – Drive Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies based on project requirements. – Act as the primary point of contact for clients/customers, ensuring alignment with expectations and business goals. – Manage relationships with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and leadership. – Maintain transparent communication regarding project status, risks, and dependencies. – Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and analysts to enhance performance. – Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team. – Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career growth initiatives. – Continuously assess and improve delivery processes, adopting best practices and automation. – Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. – Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project health and team productivity. – Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans for unforeseen challenges. – Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary. Skills and Qualifications Required : – Proven experience in WSO2 project and delivery management. – Strong background in program/project management with a focus on software development and testing. – Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies. – Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. – Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring teams. – Experience in process improvement, automation, and quality assurance. – Solid understanding of risk and issue management. – Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
