Project Management Consultant – Ongoing Villa Construction
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to join an ongoing private villa construction project in Mussoorie. The role is contract-based and ideal for experienced professionals or boutique PMC firms who can ensure on-site quality, civil coordination, and readiness for interior transition.About the Project
This is a live project, with civil construction already in progress. Structural completion is expected within the next 4 months. We are onboarding a PMC to supervise the remaining build phase, maintain quality, and manage site-level documentation and coordination. Interior execution may be offered as a future scope based on performance and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction quality and execution
- Coordinate between contractor, junior engineer, and architect
- Maintain alignment with design and structural requirements
- Prepare the site for handover to interior execution phase
- Maintain clear site documentation and progress updates
Ideal Profile
- Prior experience in villa-scale or high-end residential construction
- Familiarity with hillside projects or terrain-sensitive execution
- Strong communication, documentation, and vendor coordination ability
- Open to both individual consultants and PMC firms with partner networks

The project site is located on Chamba–Mussoorie Road near Silla, NH-707A.
