Project management consultant – ongoing villa construction (contract basis)

Job Description

We are seeking a  Project Management Consultant (PMC)  to join an ongoing private villa construction project in Mussoorie. The role is contract-based and ideal for experienced professionals or boutique PMC firms who can ensure on-site quality, civil coordination, and readiness for interior transition.
About the Project
This is a  live project , with civil construction already in progress. Structural completion is expected within the next 4 months. We are onboarding a PMC to supervise the remaining build phase, maintain quality, and manage site-level documentation and coordination. Interior execution may be offered as a future scope based on performance and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site construction quality and execution
Coordinate between contractor, junior engineer, and architect
Maintain alignment with design and structural requirements
Prepare the site for handover to interior execution phase
Maintain clear site documentation and progress updates
Ideal Profile
Prior experience in  villa-scale or high-end residential construction
Familiarity with hillside projects or terrain-sensitive execution
Strong communication, documentation, and vendor coordination ability
Open to both  individual consultants  and  PMC firms  with partner networks
Location Note
The project site is located on  Chamba–Mussoorie Road near Silla, NH-707 A.
