About the role: A2D Tech is hiring a self-driven Project coordinator (for US CST timezone) who would own and manage the delivery of DTP and Localization services. He/she would be responsible for client and team communication, Quote/Estimation, Project Tracking, Reporting, and leading the team of Desktop Publishing Specialists. You will work directly under the guidance of Director, Service Delivery (& Co-Founder).
What you will be doing:
Communicate: Communicate with all stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Coordinate resources: Coordinate resources and activities to meet project deliverables.
Create and manage schedules: Create and maintain project schedules, manage deadlines.
Monitor progress: Track project progress and report it to the stakeholders.
Project Quotation and Bid : Ensuring to provide quotations and bids for projects received from clients.
Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed QA checks to ensure the final output is free of errors, adheres to client guidelines, and meets industry standards.
Software Utilization: Use DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker, QuarkXPress, or other desktop publishing software to produce high-quality localized documents.
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of files for translation by extracting and formatting content in required formats, including InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and others.
Version Control: Maintain organized records of multiple versions of the same document to ensure accuracy in project delivery.
What you will need:
3+ years of experience in desktop publishing, preferably in an LSP or localization environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work across Multiple time zones. A degree or a related field is preferred.
