Job Description
- Senior PMO with 8-10 years of experience
- Graduate with Finance Background with very good communication (written & spoken) & Interpersonal skill
- Very good in O365 (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferable to have worked with European Customer in the past and with strong process background
- Worktime will be CET time (11:30 – 20:00 pm), candidate should be flexible in stretching in case, if there is extra workload
- Create and Maintain Invoice Register for all the Vendors should be able to share the required info to higher management about Payments
- Should be familiar with Finance Terminology, Taxes, VAT not just of India but European countries as well.
- Should be able to maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable and give a clarity to the Higher Management
- MIS and Reporting – Weekly publishing of report to management
- Coordinating with various other department within ITC Infotech as well speaking with Vendors and Customer
- Complete end to end ownership which includes receiving Invoices/PO and ensuring payments are done in time be proactive so that sensitive things should be handled with care
- Buyer Role Converts the docs (PO, Invoice etc) from Native Language to English
- Doing the basic Sanity checks of the document received. Checking the docs by Buyer. (If incorrect/incomplete – Coordination will various vendors spread across Europe).
