Manage and Reconcile Derivatives invoices according to process and procedure.
Meet Service Level Agreement targets
Work on SmartStream’s Transactions, Fees Cost and Invoice Management solution ensuring all service level agreements are met.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5 – 8 years of experience to lead and manage a variety of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Investment Banking concepts and proven expertise in project management.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to understand their requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Team Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor and report on project progress and issues.
Budget Management:

Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
Documentation:

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Willingness to work in Shifts:

Should be willing to work in shifts to manage the expectations of the stakeholders.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of Investment Banking concepts and operations.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial software and platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.

Experience:

7 – 9 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Fintech or financial services industry.
