Job Title: PMO Scrum Master

Location: Pune

Experience: 8+ yrs.

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Work Mode: WFO

Notice Period: Immediate joiners

Mandatory Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with extensive experience practicing Scrum.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple Agile teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and managing remote collaboration tools.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Trello.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address team dynamics and facilitate constructive discussions.
  • A continuous learner mindset, staying updated on Agile best practices, emerging trends, and industry developments.
