Job Title: Python Developer cum Trainer (Night Shift)
Location: On-site
Shift Timing: Night Shift (Monday to Friday)
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (Bonus)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python Developer cum Trainer to join our team. This role involves both hands-on development work and training aspiring developers. Ideal candidates will have strong Python programming knowledge and the ability to clearly explain concepts to learners. This is a night shift position, suitable for professionals who prefer late working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Python development tasks, tools, or internal projects during the shift on AI related project
- Train and mentor students or junior developers in Python programming (live sessions or recorded modules)
- Design and update Python-based course materials, assignments, and coding exercises
- Provide regular feedback to learners and support their growth
- Track and report progress of both development and training work
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement in course delivery and training quality
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Python programming and related libraries
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching (preferred)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, simple manner
- Familiarity with frameworks like Flask, Django, or data-related libraries is a plus
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently during night shifts
