Key Responsibilities : – Lead technical development across complex software projects with a strong focus on scalability and performance. – Work hands-on with Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to develop, deploy, and scale robust applications. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement critical features and functionality. – Take ownership of solutions implemented by other team members and ensure successful production delivery. – Drive best practices in code quality, architecture, testing, and deployment. – Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture. Requirements : – 8 years of software development experience with proven leadership in technical roles. – Strong expertise in Python development, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code. – Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). – Deep understanding of building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise or consumer applications. – Experience in CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and DevOps practices is a plus. – Ability to iterate quickly and deliver in agile environments. – Experience in Gen AI. – Strong communication and collaboration skills.
