Role: Backend Engineers (3 openings)
Location: Hybrid (HSR Layout, Bangalore) – 3-4 days a week in office
Joining Availability: Need Immediate Joiners only (Max within 15 days)
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Selection Criteria: 1 assignment, 2 technical interviews & 1 interview with the founder.
Budget: Industry Standards plus ESOPS
Must-Have:
- Python, FAST API, MongoDB/NoSQL Database.
- Experience in Building, Hosting the Code/Solutions along with sharing/presenting it.
- Hustler.
Good to Have:
- Gen AI, Temporal, RPA tools (n8n, Make.com), AI applications (Familiarity use in Software stack), Vector Database, VBA, LLMs (Chat/Voice), Kubernetes, EKS and experience in building AI Workflow solutions for enterprise (B2B) use cases.
- The candidate is expected to know how to work with Large Language Models and understand how to use or integrate them into actual software applications.
