We are seeking a Sr Project Manager (Quant) for our Primary Market Research team.
- Project Management
- Review and Analysis
- Review Qre and related material for Special Quota Requirements
- Understand the Target audience and Field Requirement
- Project Setup and Coordination
- Project setup and survey link checks
- Co-ordination between multiple stakeholders
- Tracking and Reporting
- Maintaining Project Tracker dashboard
- Conducting meetings with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Multitasking
- Able to multitask between projects running at different stages
- Field Management
- Vendor Management
- Onboarding and testing vendors
- Soft and Full launching the study/vendors
- Vendor updates
- Sampling and Monitoring
- Sampling vendors using platform like Lucid/PureSpectrum
- Daily minute level monitoring of quotas to meet daily/weekly targets
- Strong Field management knowledge of setting up quotas, evaluation of key metrics and able to take quick action.
- Able to perform tasks with no to minimum supervision
- Has a knack for solving complex problems
- Proactive in their approach
- Drives process improvement initiatives internally to improve efficiency
- Self motivated and shows eagerness to learning new aspects of business
- Quick learner and great multitasker
- Great communication and able to clearly and precisely convey their points across
- Work in EST/CST timezone (between 6pm IST to 5:30am IST)
- Comfortable working on weekends (not all weekends – would be rostered in rotational shifts)
- Decipher (Great to have)
