Job Description

This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent in Design and User Experience. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for Design and User Experience roles
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
• Promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
• Utilizing industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• 4-5 years of Recruitment experience specifically in Design and User Experience roles
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies
• Experience with sourcing tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Design, Communications, or related field
• UX Designer background preferred
