Job Overview
Assert IT Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our team in Ghaziabad. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and enhance the search engine rankings of our digital platforms. You will play a key role in keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and optimization opportunities.
Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Support in performing technical SEO audits, focusing on site structure, page load speed, mobile optimization, and user experience.
Assist in link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
Work closely with content teams to integrate SEO best practices into blogs, web copy, and other digital content.
Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Prepare reports on SEO performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar SEO-focused role.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques and best practices.
Basic experience with technical SEO, including website structure, crawlability, and schema markup.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a passion for learning and growing in the field.

Preferred
Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Magento.
Knowledge of local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
