About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Local & Organic SEO Specialist to join our fast-paced digital marketing team. If you have 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience , a strong grasp of both local and organic SEO strategies, and a genuine passion for growth marketing, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Execute strategic on-page optimization : content enhancement, keyword targeting, meta tags, internal linking, and schema implementation.
Drive off-page SEO initiatives : manage link-building campaigns, conduct outreach, and build high-authority backlinks.
Perform technical SEO audits : identify and troubleshoot issues affecting site performance, speed, indexation, and visibility.
Lead local SEO efforts : optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP) , local listings, and citation building.
Analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager , and integrate actionable insights.
Leverage advanced SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, and ChatGPT for keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance benchmarking.
Stay ahead of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure ongoing strategy refinement.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of professional SEO experience (Local + Organic SEO focus strongly preferred).
Familiarity with platforms like PulsePoint is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles .
Strong command of SEO tools : SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM.
Analytical mindset with experience converting data into strategic decisions.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects independently and in team environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
