Position: SEO Team LeadCompany: SuperkreativesWebsite: https://superkreatives.comLocation: RemoteExperience: Up to 3 years of SEO project Lead experience (US, Canada, UK).Joiner: Immediate (within 2-7 days)Timing : 5 Pm – 2 AM / 6 PM – 3 AMCTC : (40k – 45 K) in hand ( depends upon last ctc)Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced International SEO Team lead to develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies for our company’s global markets (USA & CANADA) This role is responsible for ensuring that our digital content is accessible, engaging, and optimized for various regions, languages, and search engines worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, content localization, and cultural nuances, enabling us to increase organic search visibility and drive international growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement SEO strategies for multiple countries and languages, focusing on increasing organic visibility and conversions.Conduct localized keyword research and optimize on-page elements, such as titles, meta descriptions, and headings, for each target region.Set up and manage hreflang tags, country-specific URLs, and international technical SEO best practices.Content Localization and OptimizationCollaborate with the content team and local market experts to translate and localize content effectively.Ensure all localized content adheres to local language, cultural nuances, and SEO best practices.Monitor and optimize the performance of localized content based on user engagement metrics and SERP rankings.Technical SEOOversee international technical SEO, including site structure, page speed optimization, and mobile usability.Implement region-specific URL structures (e.g., cc TLDs, subdomains, or subdirectories) to enhance geotargeting.Identify and resolve issues related to duplicate content, canonicalization, and language mismatches.Performance Monitoring and ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on international SEO performance metrics such as organic traffic, SERP rankings, conversions, and ROI.Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others to track and evaluate keyword rankings and site health across regions.Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.Local Link Building and OutreachDevelop and execute link-building strategies tailored to each target region, focusing on high-quality, local sites and influencers.Build partnerships with local publishers, bloggers, and influencers to improve domain authority and credibility in target markets.Collaboration and Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with the digital marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital efforts.Partner with regional marketing teams to understand local market trends and consumer behavior, adapting SEO strategies accordingly.Educate and mentor team members on international SEO best practices.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.have to showcase your current or past live project work3 years of experience in SEO, with at least 1–2 years focused on international SEO.In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.Experience with organic SEO: Organic ranking, On page SEO, Off page SEO, Back linking Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as Word Press, Drupal, or other platforms.Willing to work on US timings ( 5:00 – 2:00 ) AM / (6:00 – 3:00) AMPreferred QualificationsExperience with international link-building strategies and practices.Preferred Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script basics for SEO troubleshooting.Familiarity with local search engines (e.g., Baidu, Yandex) and region-specific SEO requirements.Previous experience working in a global or remote team environment.Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing is a plus.
