We are looking for a passionate SEO Specialist with a hunger to learn and a hustle mentality. You will be working on developing and executing SEO strategies to improve the organic search rankings of our clients. We’re looking for an SEO expert who knows how to problem-solve and get results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation.
• Analyze website analytics and performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Ensure all content is optimized for targeted keywords and SEO best practices.

Technical SEO:

• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors and site speed.
• Work closely with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
• Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness and usability.

Competitive Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies and tactics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present regular performance reports.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest SEO tools and techniques.
• Experiment with new strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of growth.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years in an SEO Specialist role or similar.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with keyword research, SEO copywriting, and site auditing.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with robust troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills.
