Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a self-driven SEO professional who doesn’t just stop at Google. Someone who understands Search Everywhere Optimization – from Google to YouTube, Reddit, Quora, and even Instagram.
You should already know the on-page SEO, technical SEO, and have working knowledge of GEO (General Engine Optimization) across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and prepare technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies
- Collaborate on keyword planning, cluster mapping, and content strategy
- Track rankings, impressions, CTRs, clicks, and dwell time via GSC, GA4, SEMrush, and other tools
- Ensure proper interlinking, crawlability, schema markup, and page speed optimization
- Analyze and improve Core Web Vitals, UI/UX suggestions, and conversion-focused design
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Coordinate directly with clients: set expectations, give updates, ensure timely execution
- Manage and monitor basic Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns (learning will be provided)
- Research and leverage alternative discovery platforms like Reddit, YouTube, Quora for traffic
- Collaborate with writers, developers, and designers for smooth delivery
Must-Have Skills (Before Joining)
- Understanding of technical SEO: Canonicals, sitemaps, crawlability, indexing
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (enough to communicate fixes, not code everything)
- Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ubersuggest
- Familiarity with page speed insights, GTMetrix, and how to optimize for Google’s light metrics
- Clear written and spoken communication – you will be client-facing
Learning & Growth (After Joining)
You will be trained on Performance Ads (Search & Remarketing) and will be expected to:
- Set up and run campaigns
- Monitor CPLs and conversions
- Help drive synergy between SEO & Ads
You will also:
- Learn how to build SEO + Ads full-funnel strategies
- Contribute to SOPs, case studies, and agency process improvement
