About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly skilled, analytical, and strategicSEO Managerwho has a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, increasing rankings, and optimizing websites to perform at the highest level. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead end-to-end SEO strategies, from technical audits to content planning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a creative, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own comprehensive SEO strategies for both internal and client projects.Lead detailed technical SEO audits and oversee implementation with development teams.Conduct deep keyword research and market analysis to uncover new ranking opportunities.Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata, headings, internal links, and structured data.Manage off-page SEO, including backlink outreach, link-building campaigns, and domain authority growth.Collaborate with content creators to produce high-impact, search-optimized content.Analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others.Stay ahead of search algorithm updates and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.Report on KPIs, ROI, and insights with clarity and strategic recommendations.Train and guide junior SEO specialists or contractors as needed.Proven Skills & Experience4–6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.Demonstrated success in driving organic growth through both content and technical SEO.Mastery of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics from an SEO standpoint.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Strong project management and organizational skills.Bonus Points ForExperience with local SEO, international SEO, and eCommerce SEO.Familiarity with schema markup and Core Web Vitals optimization.Previous work with performance-driven agencies or high-growth startups.
