You might be our kind of weird.We’re looking for a Senior Visual / Graphic Designer preferably who’s got taste, finesse, and the design sixth-sense that makes people go “damn, that’s clean.You, Ideally:* Have 3+ years of experience crafting killer visuals for digital products, marketing, or brands* Speak Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and others of your choice fluently* Know that design is about more than looking good—it should work (and make people feel things)* Can break down complex product features into visuals that are elegant, on-brand, and scarily intuitive* Understand the nuances between cool-looking and effective design* Are obsessed with visual storytelling, hierarchy, typography, and spacing (especially spacing* Bonus points if you’ve worked closely with Product/UX teams beforeThings Yo’ll Do Here:* Shape and elevate our visual language across platforms* Collaborate with product, marketing, and content like a creative command center.* Bring brand moments to life, from illustrations to infographics to “hey, that’s dope” moments* Own and evolve the design systems and assets library like a boss* Freedom to push boundaries, not just pixels* Projects with real users, real feedback, real impactHow to Apply:Just fill out https://lnkd.in/dfszZAPZ , and we’ll take it from there.
