Senior Developer (Leadership + Core Development Track) | Training + PPO Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Developer who is passionate about building, leading, and scaling!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Full Stack Web Development and Android App Development efforts.
Guide integration of emerging technologies like AI/ML into product lines.
Own core platform architecture, deployment pipelines, and credentials management.
Mentor and guide a team of junior developers, ensuring delivery excellence.
Actively participate in scaling our startup’s products and technology stack.
Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.
Support testing and deployment of new products and features.
Participate actively in code reviews.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent (B.Tech, BCA, MCA preferred).
Candidates with certifications or project experience in Full Stack Development, Android App Development, and AI/ML will have an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of professional development experience preferred.
Real-world product-building or startup experience highly valued
