Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Senior
UI/UX Designer
with
3 to 5 years of experience
to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting seamless user experiences and designing visually stunning interfaces, this role is for you!
As a
Senior UI/UX Designer
, you will be responsible for
transforming ideas into intuitive designs
, conducting research, and working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to enhance user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Creativity
Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business goals.
Maintain consistency by building and evolving design systems and style guides.
2. User-Centered Approach
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior.
Analyze feedback and iterate on designs to enhance usability and accessibility.
Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
3. Collaboration & Implementation
Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth design implementation.
Provide design support throughout the development lifecycle and conduct design reviews.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to keep our products innovative.
Day to Day Responsibilities :
1. Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, design guides and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
2. Design visually stunning and engaging user interfaces for mobile applications using best practices in user-centered design.
3. Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools such as Figma.
4. Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of the user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Must possess a diploma/degree/certificate in graphic design/fine art/interface design from a recognized School, Institute, or Academy.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
5. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
6. Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
7. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
