Role: UI/UX Designer Experience: 8-10 Years Location: Bengaluru/Noida (Hybrid) Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for crafting intuitive, user-centric experiences across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for translating user insights and business objectives into seamless and visually appealing designs that enhance the overall user experience. Your expertise in UI design, UX strategy, and prototyping, utilizing tools such as Figma and Miro, will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities : – Design high-quality, data-rich interfaces for web and mobile platforms, focusing on usability and accessibility. – Create visually compelling dashboards and data visualizations that simplify complex data for user comprehension and action. – Ensure consistency and coherence in design elements and patterns across all interfaces. – Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems. – Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes specifically for dashboard-driven products, emphasizing optimal information organization and presentation. – Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. – Leverage user insights to design experiences that support decision-making and enhance data interpretation. – Create user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and behavior – Design interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on design ideas and validate design concepts through prototyping. – Use prototyping tools to create high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations. – Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs. – Translate business requirements and user feedback into intuitive and functional designs. – Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. – Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences. – Figma : Utilize Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration, ensuring design consistency and efficient handoff to development teams. – Miro : Use Miro for brainstorming, wireframing, and collaboration with teams during the ideation and design process. Qualifications : – Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. – 8-10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. – Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and Miro. – Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. – Experience with prototyping and wireframing, with the ability to iterate based on user feedback. – Ability to balance multiple projects and collaborate with different teams. – Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications : – Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. – Familiarity with design systems and style guides. – Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus. – Experience with data visualization and dashboard design. – Experience with Agile development methodologies.
