ServiceNow UI/UX Designer

Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing ServiceNow portals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, and the ability to translate user requirements into functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target audience.
  • Design Development: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for ServiceNow portals, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • UI Standards: Develop and maintain UI design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all ServiceNow portals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on portal development, preferably within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Certification in UX/UI design or related fields.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
