– The candidate will be responsible for payroll management, labor law compliance, recruitment, and handling industrial relations to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Payroll Management: Oversee accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory deductions.
– Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and handle audits, inspections, and legal matters.
– Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts, manage candidate screening, and ensure effective on boarding.
– Industrial Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
– Employee Engagement: Implement retention programs and monitor employee satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
– 4-7 years of experience in HR and Industrial Relations.
– Expertise in payroll, compliance, labour laws, and recruitment.
– SSC Army background is highly preferred.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
