About the Role
We’re hiring a Software Developer & Client Support for a leading global business focused on delivering tailored digital solutions. You’ll be part of a fast-moving environment, helping to develop and support platforms, solve complex problems, meet project milestones, and deliver exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time, remote role ideal for someone who is passionate about solving complex problems and building scalable platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Platform Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our software platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Client Support: Address and resolve support tickets from clients promptly, adhering to defined SLAs and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and maintain clear, professional communication with clients.
- System Familiarisation: Conduct in-depth research to understand platform architecture, codebase, and database structure.
- UX Understanding: Develop a working knowledge of our user experience approach by engaging with key platform functionalities.
- Process Integration: Learn and follow operational procedures, including administrative protocols and expected turnaround times for customer service.
Must-Have Skills
- ASP.NET (VB or C# preferred) – 5 years
- SQL Server – 5 years
- HTML – 6+ years
